Can you provide an example of a Group Move, since the wording there is a bit unclear to me?
I understand the concept of the Group Move, and that they check at the Kyu of the least capable individual, but am not sure I understand the Leader having remaining actions.

OK ... Leader gets 3 actions ... he gives an action to 'order a group' - that group then rolls one set of dice to see how many actions they get each ... using normal criteria.
So long as they do not turn over the go (by rolling 2 fails) after they have finished the Leader still has two actions left to do whatever they like with. In the core rules the Leader does not go with the group (in a supplement there will be a special 'follow me' order which will allow them to go with the Leader).

Oh, I see.
I thought the leader was moving with the group, but that your intent for this rule was that he merely ordered others to move, with one action, and then has his other two to do with as he pleases, assuming he and his group maintain initiative.

You can model the leader moving with them anyway ... move the group first ... even into combat then use the LDRS left overs to move him up. A tactic we use often is moving into combat but not striking (effectively moving in combat distance as a threat to keep them occupied) and then moving the leader in to do the striking (the opponent being at negatives for the multi opponents)
